The screen machine mainly consists of screen box, screen, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring and support.
1. The screen box is made of many steel plates with different thickness by welding which has a certain strength and rigidity. It is the key component of screen machine.
2. The screen is made of 2 mm stainless steel plate by punching.
3. Vibration motor: there are two vibration motor of 0.25 kw.
4. The motor pedestal is used for installing the motor and the screw must be check whether it is fastened before using.
The damping spring can support the whole weight of screen box during preventing the vibration being passed to the ground. The spring must be perpendicular to the ground when installing.
