The dehydration and deoiling machine mainly consists of motor, centrifugal system, filter sieve, drive system and electric control gear. There is anti-shock system provided during the dehydration which ensures the filter sieve will not vibrate. The electromagnetic brake is set after dehydration. During the entire process, any materials will not get damaged due to the vibration of equipment. This equipment is specially designed for processing the potato strips, chips and other fragile materials. It has a large application scope including dehydration after washing fruits and vegetables, dehydration after blanching potato strips and chips and it applies to the school canteen and large, small and medium-sized restaurants.

Structure Specification

The screen machine mainly consists of screen box, screen, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring and support.

1. The screen box is made of many steel plates with different thickness by welding which has a certain strength and rigidity. It is the key component of screen machine.

2. The screen is made of 2 mm stainless steel plate by punching.

3. Vibration motor: there are two vibration motor of 0.25 kw.

4. The motor pedestal is used for installing the motor and the screw must be check whether it is fastened before using.

The damping spring can support the whole weight of screen box during preventing the vibration being passed to the ground. The spring must be perpendicular to the ground when installing.
