Instruction:

The deoiling/dewatering machine mainly consists of motor, centrifugal system, filter sieve, drive system and electric control gear. There is anti-shock system provided during the dehydration which ensures the filter sieve will not vibrate. The electromagnetic brake is set after dehydration. During the entire process, any materials will not get damaged due to the vibration of equipment. This equipment is specially designed for processing the potato strips, chips and other fragile materials. It has a large application scope including dehydration after washing fruits and vegetables, dehydration after blanching potato strips and chips and it applies to the school canteen and large, small and medium-sized restaurants.
