The worker may put the whole basket of products into the water tank of lifting machine during the operation of bubble cleaning and lifting machine. The machine use the buoyancy of water to prevent the packaging bag from being damaged during lifting and use the waves made by the water machine to select the damaged packaging bags; the lifting machine of this type adopts the natural circulating water for cooling. With the design of surfing and cleaning technology, this machine preferably applies to the cleaning and transporting and other flow processes before dehydration and drying. It also is one of the essential products which are convenient and effective in the food industry.

There are two parts of bag washing machine and according to the actual conditions of air temperature in which the equipment is used, the washing processes are divided into two parts. Both of them are provided with two heating tubes (heating tube in operation box can control the switch). All detergent and other cleaning products are put in the water tank of Section I for sufficiently washing the packaging bags. The water tank of Section I has about half length of bag washing machine; the Section II is the scouring process with clean water. The temperature may be low in north and the heating device may be applied when the temperature is not appropriate.

The entire vibration draining machine is made of stainless steel. The vibration source is generated by vibration exciter which can vibrate the materials on screen for draining. It is recommended that the effect would be better if this equipment is incorporated into the assemble line. The machine is mainly used for dehydrated vegetables, foods, plastics, chemical industry, medicine and other industry.

In order to ensure the drying effect, we recommend that use the air drying machine of 5 meters with rotation function. The width of mesh belt is 800 mm and the diameter of twine is 2 mm. Provide ten high pressure fans whose unit power is 0.75 KW. The air outlet adopts the air nozzle design which can ensure there is no waste of the blown air and it will be fully used for dehydration of materials (the video of air drying machine is attached in the appendix). The thick twine will also improve the resistance to tension of mesh belt.

The packaging bags will be rotated for 5 times in the air drying machine, which greatly improves the drying effect of materials. The transmission model is that the motor drives each section of rotation mesh belt which are independently controlled. The double chain design can protect the motor and transmission chain and lengthen their service lives.

When the dried packaging bags pass through the straight conveyor, workers may pick out the unqualified products and box the qualified products.
