Technological process of fried broad beans: Soaked raw material - vibration screening - feeding - notching - dehydration - feeding - frying - immersion oil - deoiling - feeding - flavoring - cooling and transportation
1. The fried broad bean line is made of SUS 304 stainless steel.
2. The thickness of plates is 4 mm and the thickness of shell is 1.2 mm.
3. The belt is spiral in herringbone which width is 800 mm. The belt is divided into two layers in the top and bottom with scraper blade. The texture adopts 304 stainless steel and its thickness is 2 mm.
4. The machine adopts the thermal oil furnace as its heating method. The thermal oil furnace is gas-consuming machine of 400 thousand kilocalories. The heat exchanger in frying machine has 3 rows of heat exchangers with diameter of 48 mm. Each row has 8 heat exchangers and there are 24 heat exchangers in the drying machine. The texture adopts 304 stainless steel.
5. The dedicated conduction oil, pipes and valves for connecting the thermal oil furnace with device are purchased by the customers according to the manufacturing shop and we are responsible for directing installation.
6. The machine adopts digitals for displaying the operation temperature and microcomputer for controlling the system.
This equipment is mainly used for frying nut fruits including broad beans, peanuts and other fried foods.
