Instruction:
1. Peeling: firstly, the potatoes shall be washed and peeled by the potato washing and peeling machine.
2. Cutting: the peeled potatoes are cut into strips by the super-speed slicing machine.
3. Blanching: put the potato chips into the blanching machine for inactivating the oxidase in potato chips, preventing color deterioration and accelerating dehydration.
4. Dewatering: Remove the excess water.
5. Deep frying: after dehydration, the potato chips will be conveyed into the frying machine for deep frying.
6. Deoiling: Remove the excess oil.
7. Seasoning: the spice mixing machine is provided with the dip type seasoning drum which can automatically control the rotate speed and capacity of materials.
8. Packing: after seasoning, the potato stripes can be packed.
